Self-Defenses at In-Fighting Range
This seminar will focus on general self-defense when at in-fighting range. Curriculum will include:
- Personal Weapons
- Defense Against:
- Hand Chokes
- Bear Hugs
- Headlocks
- Disengage/Transition to Higher Force Options
Please note, student must bring their own utility belt. Krav Maga of Orange County invites LEOs currently employed by a local, county, state or federal law enforcement agency to participate free of charge.

ATTIRE: Gym clothes/shoes or t-shirt/BDU pants
GEAR: Gun belt or holster is required. We have Glock 17 training guns available or you can bring your own training gun. Live weapons must be secured in your vehicle.
