Krav Maga of Orange County is hosting a 4 week basic self-defense course for LEOs and active duty military. This program runs from Saturday, July 14th to August 4th. Training will be held on Saturdays from 09:00 - 10:30am at our Irvine location. The program is open to LEOs from local, state or federal agencies and active duty military personnel. Cost is free for KMOC members and $99 for non-members.
This program is designed to cover several fundamental topics in self-defense essential for LEOs providing the tools necessary to stay safe on and off duty. Topics include:
Participants will receive a certificate confirming their participation in this course consisting of 6 hours of defensive tactics training.
- Stance & Movement
- Personal Weapons/Combatives
- Defending vs. Armed/Unarmed Threats & Attacks
- 3rd Party Defenses
- Ground Fighting Positions & Movement
- Weapon Retention
PLEASE NOTE: This program includes 4 training dates, 7/14, 7/21, 7/28 and 8/4.

ATTIRE: Gym clothes/shoes or t-shirt/BDU pants
GEAR: Gun belt or holster is required. We have Glock 17 training guns available or you can bring your own training gun. Live weapons must be secured in your vehicle.
